need help tuning

alright so i have two choices, my setup is going to be a t25 with 370 injectors, n60 maf, i can get an enthalpy tune for 280, i also have an safc, avcr, and itc, but i have NO idea at all on how to hook these up. what would be my best setup, tuning wise? i want it reliable most importantly

go with the enthalpy its safer than using all of those piggybacks. I would install the AVCR though and i have no idea what itc stands for but if it's a timing modifier like an msd BTM then i wouldn't use it over a rom tune.
