Sorry it took so long to reply, I am in the middle of trying to get our cars ready for Seattle. I did most of the work when I was at Nuformz. The engine machine work and final assembly were done by my engine builder. As far as paperwork, if you mean receipts, yes I have over $17k in receipts. I also have the title. As far as trades, I am really not interested in another 240 (or pretty much any car for that matter). Would be willing to trade for a race Rhino or similar..
