s13 5 lug conversion question (yes, i'm a noob)

So I got my car with the 5 lug conversion already done and now i need new brake pads... what brake pads do i buy? the ones for my s13? or the ones for the car that the 5 lug came from (in which i have no idea)? Below is a pic of my rear..

you buy S13 Brake pads because you are still using your stock rear brakes, those rear 5 lugs more than likely came from a rear Z32 hubs, so ya buy s13 brake pads

You can keep the stock brakes and upgrade to 5lug.
They also make 4 and 5 lug rotors for the for the stock 240sx brake system

Judging by the pic you still have the stock brake system.

If you dont trust the info take the pads to auto store and they will help you.
