I made some mistakes, and really messed up my dash, and am going to be getting it replaced. I can get a new dashboard, all i need is for someone who has replaced there dashboard to give me some instruction on what i should do when i go to replace the dash, i.e. what parts do i remove, and what order do i remove teh parts in. All info will be helpful.

its been awhile, but if I remember correctly, there is no specific order or pattern...I started with the center console...glove box...steering column...instrument cluster and then all remaining bolts that hold the dash on. bolts near the driver and passenger kick panel...bolts under the vent up against the windshield. eeer nothing else seem to be coming to mind right now.....OH!!!! dont forget to remove the steering wheel...MUY IMPORTANTE!!!!!...I cracked my first windshield the frst time around...get a steering wheel puller. GOOD LUCK :D

Download the S14 factory service manual from this site, it explains exactly what has to be done to get the dash off (I know this from experience). It's not too difficult, I got mine off in under an hour.

You DON'T need to remove the steering wheel on an S14 to take off the dash!!!
Just drop the steering column.
Anyways, follow the guide here (scroll down to Dash Removal):
