this has been discussed so many times.
unless you want to import illegally, motorex is your best bet.
but honestly...theres plenty of info on this if you just look for it

damn!

can someone post the dead horse pic??

im soooo tired of looking at posts like these...(then again im dumb for clicking on em)

heres your answer...

if you only have like 5-8k and you see that thats how much r32's are going for and thats all you wanna spend, then dream on buddy you aint getting one...

if youre MR bling bling and want a r34 with all the fixings then you wont mind going through motorex..

if you have cash but not that much then you wouldnt be posting it on message boards, instead you would call up importers and check your options

yes you can import through many people in japan.. dealerships.. auctions.. most places will import them for you.. however.. only through motorex you will be able to legally drive the car... its not illegal to import anything.. aslong as they prove its for offroad/show use.. so your mainly going to pay for the car and shipping..

do a search for used skylines, silvias.. check ebay.. people are always selling them to the u.s.

RB Motoring is still going through Motorex.

Anyways, for importing you can have any RI do it. For legalization, just Motorex.

OMG, its been so long since I have posted.

AfterDark Tuning in Iowa can import Skylines as well in case some one cares. I don't know the details but they claim they will be street legal, same as motorex. What I do know is that an R32 GT-R has allready sold to a customer for $22,000 and that seems pretty good to me.
