Harness Q in OBDI S14

Ok I have an 95 S14. Pretty sure the shell is originally OBDI

Got a new engine out of an OBDII and installed an OBDII upper harness and ECU

Well I got an OBDI lower harness and Im not sure if this will work.

Car wont crank and fuel pump doesnt come on. Does the this have anything to do with it?

The 1995-1996 lower harnesses are the same. The 1997-1998 harnesses have an additional wire for the rear O2 sensor, it's a 4wire vs. 3wire.

Your fuel issues have nothing to do with anything on the lower harness anyway.
