how can i lower my idle? its around 1100rpm and it should be 750-800rpm (m/t). I don't know how to do this. My uncle said to just loosen the throttle stop a little bit, but i want some back up on tis

is your Cam angle sensor timed right?

does it always idle at 1100 or just when you first start it? because that would be normal

always, when i let off the gas it drops to 1100, then goes to 1500 then slowly drops back down to 1100.

i haven't done my timing on this yet since i have many other things to do, but this high idle is annoying me now

You check your iacv? Seems like the first thing I would check..

I'm having this same problem. And my IACV is maxed out as low as it can go.

i havent fixed it yet but for me, i checked all my vacuum lines and cleaned out my throttle body. Its really simple, looks like a lot of lines but its like 10 max i would say. Check them all with a flashlight for any leaks, clean the throttle body, and if anything is cracked replace it. What i did find was a vacuum line going from the valve cover to the air tube would cause a terrible rpm drop when i shook it, so i have to look into that
