I really long time ago i remember seeing a post about Kouki Headlights on Zenki body. Im not talking about the body conversion, just the headlamps. I don't even think they replaced cornerlamps, just the headlamps. I realize the hood would not match up, and there would be major gaps. However I beleive there was a picture. I was wondering if anyone has this pic?

thanks in adv.

You must be mistaken (or just screwy in the head :D )....

the only thing I can remember close to what your saying are R32 lights on a Zenki S14.

heh,
perhaps on FA, or NICO... I dunno

Well has anyone tried this and taken pics?

95KoiukiS14- would you happen to have that pic of the R32 lights on zenki body. Or anyone else for that matter.

Thanks

you're asking about it, makes me assume that you're thinking about doing it. Dont do it if you're not going to do it right. the R32 headlights doesn't line up either. do a search, you'll see what i mean.

er..not exactly
mike did a kouki s14 swap onto his zenki
replacing the entire front end, not just the headlights, as the original poster wants to do.

Hahaha.. I know it looks wierd, thats because the kouki hood won't close with zenki headlights. (zenki= early S14 and kouki= later S14)
So currently the car now has all kouki parts, fenders, hood, bumper, but the kouki headlights are not yet mounted, but I have them.

here's that thread.

If something doesnt fit, why TRY to make it fit?

Why not just DO IT RIGHT? Hard concept to grasp, I guess..

wow...that is very nice...

anyways that looks like a do-it-yourself kinda thing. Just to begin with OEM HID projectors can cost $300+. All of that work is some serious retrofitting and you need tools such as a dremel. This site can give you a rough idea on what to do:
