swirl control valve delete questions

so i've read the posts on here about deleting this but it didn't state these things
i've pulled all the secondary butterflies out and the rod out now i'm at a standstill about what to do with the holes that the rod ran through but i figured the outer hole where the rod inserted into the manifold would cause a vacuum leak and each side of each runner where the rod ran through would cause turbulence between the runners so do i need to jb weld each hole off or any other suggestion on this pics would be great but either way do fill me in.

This has been talked about for two decades.

Weld/epoxy the outer hole, leave the others open, there's little chance of turbulence right at the cylinder head. If you really want them closed, do it.
