One wire question

I am installing sr20 redtop with a auto trans the AT are hard to find so the only ones i could find had cut wiring harnesses, no biggie what was cut off was either not used or needed to be rewired anyways. To the point last thing i am wiring in is the ignitor chip when i noticed a xtra blue with red stripe wire one goes to the ignitor chip from the coil packs the other is coming from the 4 pin plug that goes to the acc/ficm. That wire is cut off right where the ignitor chip wires are. It does not run to the ECM so it either ties in to anthor wire or goes to something else entirely. The FSM is useless for the sr20 because they dont have all the wiring diagrams in them or at least none i have found. Any help would be nice. Its just one wire.:bash:
