Wiring help I am having trouble :(

ok i going a custom cluster Swap NX1600 cluster into 92 240sx

I need help putting both cluster harness together and I feel stupid. :(

No jokes or trash talk plez

i seen this in 2 240sx and i cant find any info on how they did the wires .. so anyone on here willing to help me

Interesting guage cluster! Did some minor research and found these links. Mostly for Sentra b14 and SR20. I'm sure you can figure it out if you have a basic understanding of dc electronics.

NOTE anyone whatting to do this


u need NX1600 Speed sensor and Temp sensor


My speed reads 60mph when i am doing 30mph and temp got to full hot when 240sx is at running temp


unless anyone know if i can had a resistor to cut the speedo signal in half so i can use stock speedo sensor lmk if anyone thinks that mite work

It very well may. What you need to do is find the specs and voltage range of the sensors the cluster uses and the s13 ones, then calculate what size resistor you need to get the stock sensors into that range. I'd assume something like that would work.

What motor do you have; SR20, KAE, KADE? Is the tachometer working with your motor? I figured you would need to use the speed and temp sensor from the nx1600. Are these parts bolt on? You may get away with running a resistor for the speed sensor.

Been super busy at work i got the speed sensor i just got to try to install it


i got to go get a temp sensor from a nx next



my motor is KA24DE 5sp and soon to be rb20det in a month :)

well as soon as i have time i look into ways to make it work with SOHC KA24E :)

Maybe some kinda converter like Dakota Digital
