coolant leakage need help

I took my turbo manifold off last week to replace the turbo and I put everything back on and I went to put anti-freeze in and it is leaking out of the line on the block. Right where you bolt it in. I need ideas on if there is any way to seal it shut. Because I tightened it as hard as I can and it still leaks. This is on a SR20 by the way. Stock T25 coolant lines.

Um, no because then I would never be able to get it off. And I fixed it. I needed new crush washers on both sides of the line.
