Hey guys Im in need of some torque settings. I dont have my FSM yet or else I would not have to ask. Anyway if someone could give me the following torque settings I would appreaciate it.

Valve cover bolts
Spark Plugs

Crank Pully: 24-28 ft-lb
Valve Cover: Can't find it.... :confused:
Spark Plug: 14-22 ft-lb

Thanks man .. Glad you posted cause I was just going to guess, and I would have been wrong on the crank pully for sure. I figured it took at least 50lb. I guess not .. Thanks again.

valve cover is like 5-8 or something, just get them in there basically.

im sitting here with my valve cover off, figured I could find the valve cover torque settings and pattern in the FSM I downloaded....
nope.
Generally speaking the pattern in which you toque to bolts matters, do9es anyone know this pattern?

I think you just start in one corner, the go to the farthest one diagonal from that, then to the farthest corner straight, then diagonal again and just keep doing that til your in the middle.
Something like:
1 5 9 8 4
3 7 10 6 2
but with more bolts
hope that made sense

1 5 3
2 6 4
But either way she should do fine.
