S13 front AND rear are offered while S14 only the front is offered.

The S13 KA24DE are but the S14 KA24DE are NOT. The S14 is a Race Header that eliminates the cat.

Would the S13 header fit an s14 with a ka motor or is there a clearance issue? I'm interested but Trying to stay carb legal for the moment.

That I am unsure of. I personally haven't wrenched on a KA motor in roughly 3-4 years so don't know off hand what the differences would be.
