NJ/PA 1991 S13 SE HATCH w/ BAD MOTOR $1000 OBO

Car has been off the road 2 months due to very low compression in 2 of the 4 cylinders and can not get a spark. Engine will need to be replaced or rebuild.

To be clear, this is a complete shell with a bad motor I'm selling. This would be a good candidate for a SR/RB swap or anyone looking to replace a damaged shell or use as a spare parts car.

175K miles on chassis, clean PA title. Frame rails have a little rust but nothing major. Auto transmission in good condition, shift and drove excellent prior to engine going bad.

Good:
Fairly clean exterior with a few dings and scratches (as expected with a 19 YO car)
Driver fender was damaged when I bought the car last year and was replaced with a same color pig nose fender but mismatched with passenger chuki fender
Rusted hatchback with wiper was replaced with a clean same color non-wiper hatchback
Clean grey carpet replaced previous beat up carpet
Dash is in excellent condition with no cracks or fading
Power windows, power locks, pop-up moonroof and automatic seat belts in working condition
New cat-back 60mm piping exhaust was put in Nov 2009 with 22" Magnaflow resonator and twin tip muffler.

Needing Attention:
Has a minor dent after driver door from a parked hit and run (see pic)
Roof has a small dent on driver side before the moonroof (see pic)
Has minor ding on back of hatchback above passenger tail lamp (see pic)
Passenger fender is missing bumper extension piece, was stolen
Driver seat has a tear on left bolster
Door panels fabric is coming off from the seams, driver panel have a rip at the top of the skin
Windshield has a running crack from driver lower going diagonally to mid center, will need to be repalced
Has no radio or AC
Missing rear speaker covers
All 4 tires will need replacing
