NEED help on my ka-t

I have ka24det set up and the car runs good, no ecu faults, tps is set correctlly and timing also. But when on stop or in idle the idle just goes up and down. my vacuum is 20" in idle so i don't think I have leak on vacuum side.
Just running out of ideas...:confused:

Sounds like a vacuum leak from the bov or your iacv is dirty.

The bov is new and I'm positive there's no leak...I'm suspecting the iacv also but just want to get another opinion. Thanks...I'll check on it.
