And the results were pretty much to be expected. 215HP at the wheels and 193FT-LBS. This is with a turbo back 3" exhaust and no cats. The horsepower is just about the stock 250 @ the flywheel, maybe a little more, but the torque is a vast improvement from the 202 FT-LBS @ the flywheel that comes stock. The power curve is pretty flat starting at about 3500RPM. I'll scan and post the charts as soon as I can get myself to a scanner.

Is this an actual S15, or an s13/s14 with an S15 motor.

Numbers look good.

If its not an S15, are you using the 6 speed tranny or 5 speed?

No, it's not a real S15, it's a '95 240 with an S15 motor, 6 speed tranny, S15 differential and front end. The pull that gave me those numbers was done in 4th gear.

haha, ****ing Gleb, why didnt you tell me you were gonna do a dyno run? Greg mentioned it to me but I expected to be told so I could come along.

:P~

nice numbers though, but I will match j00 sucka, hahahahaha

anyways, how much did ATP charge you for the runs? I am putting together a dyno day and I had ATP in mind as one of the places I might take a look at... we're pretty much dead set on which shop but I wanted to shop around a little also.

BTW... do a little tweaking and come along, we could use an extra head (almost got 15 people... possibly looking at $50 per person)

:D

cheers

How did you get the hardness connected?
I saw an auction selling 2500KM S15 engine with 6spd transmission, differential, output shaft, driveshaft, ecu, uncut hardness for $1600 and only 5 hours left now. If you can get it working, i'll just bid the auction!

Hey Art, I had no idea you wanted to come along, next time anything goes down I'll give you a call. I dunno about that other dyno day cuz I don't have much that I can tune until I get an Air/Fuel and Boost Controller, and that probably won't be for a while with my broke self. ATP charged me $65 for the three runs which is damn good considering I didn't have a group or anything. The guys there are also really cool so if I were you, I'd go there. Anyway, gimme a call sometime so we can meet up, just get my number from Greg if you don't already have it.

I didn't do the swap myself so I have no idea. I do know that it was a huge pain in the a$$ and several people couldn't figure out how to do it and it led to my car being in the shop for 6 months. Therefore, I wouldn't expect it to be easy.
