Update, I forgot to mention our current model is not as pictured in fact lacks bolt-in holes, we manufactured this model without holes for a sleek look that can be mounted multiple ways, b/c the sr doesn't need to ground the igniter etc this allows us to do this. Sorry for any confusion.

Really wish I would have posted in here prior to purchase so I could leave my feedback for the item. After all forms of taping failed I tried to drill two holes into it to get it to stay on and it cracked to shit. Still a good product but feel so deceived in the way it was pictured. BTW the day I PM's Chaser is the day they made the update to this post to tell there were no holes drilled in it.

None the less here is my conversation with Chaser Aero:

What i did was used a good 3m double sided tape so it doesnt stay permenant to either the vc or the coil cover and on the edges where it seats on the VC used slim stripes in spaced areas and it holds snug and you cant see any tape or mounting holes etc. .. others have used velcro if they remove them frequently, however that can be tricky as to where you mount it, i saw ppl put velcro tabs on top of the coils to the back of the cover etc.. be creative, lol ..

I understand that, but how do I get it to stay in place then?

To be honest alot of the reason we put it up so cheap was because we had alot of them, usually they sell for 199+ shipping or more depending on the company, for 75 dollars its hard to complain about much, i feel bad for not mentioning that it didnt have holes, but to be honest it never seemed like a problem to me, i liked the look more on my vehicles, making it seem cleaner etc less contrast.

There is not much that I am looking for currently, maybe carbon b-pillar covers...but those are rare to find. I have heard mainly good things about chaser aero on the site, but dont want to pay more for annother part that will get here that I am unsatisfied with. Plus I am in Japan and get almost anything here for a great price. I wanted the coil pack cover you pictured cause out of all of the ones i saw online I liked it the most.

I am sorry you feel that way, the hassle in dealing w/ returns and such leads me to want to give you store credit rather than deal with a refund, is it possible that you are looking for anything else for your 240 right now that i can get you at a stupid low price. thanks

The item pictured on the advertisement link shows holes. That is what I was expecting, as the product description says nothing about having to drill hols or custom mount it. I want to return it so I can find one that will bolt on.


We dont have the holes drilled on purpose for this model, we went for a sleek look that no other coil pack cover has done yet, b/c sr20's do not need to mount the ignitor and ground it, it doesnt need to be metal and bolt in, it can be attached however you like for a holeless look, im sorry if that wasnt what you were expecting, is there some way we can help you out with some store credit on a future order etc..


I purchased this and recieved it to be very dissapointed that the holes are not drilled.
I would like to return it.

yeah the velcro/double sided tape held it on for like one day, what a dissapointment. Still feel very decieved about the picture.

Just so you know whoever you were previously talking with doesn't work here anymore. I don't have dates on those pm's, but apologies for the inconvenience.
