Feeler!! WTT 87 325es for 91+ 240sx

Like the title says I'd like to know if anyone would be willing to trade cars? Ive owned 2 s13's in past and saw a buddys today and got me thinking.
Tags: Are Current and paid/up to date.
Car: 1987 325es
Miles : ODO says 303,xxx ( swaped cluster to a SETA )
Engine : m20b27 ,2.7L inline 6
Trans : 5 speed ( no grinds )
Diff : Stock 2.93 LSD ( locks up fine )
Color : Zinno ( Red )
Int: Tan Hounds tooth ( tan stitched cloth )
Coupe , Dash has a few cracks like any 20+ year old car.
A/C belt was d/c ran fine when I first bought the car.

Car runs fine and I drive it daily far! Ive never broke down since owning it and have gone plenty of places very far. Had a mean oil leak the past month but has been fixed ( Oil pressure switch and Oil pan drain plug )

I replaced the Head gasket along with the Intake gaskets , water pump , fuel filter , fan ( fan clutch went out but have the stock electric fan set up with a switch) Coolant , oil ,trans ,and diff oil has been replaced.

The car is SLAMMED!
Specs: fronts are on eibahc pro's with two dead coils cut . The front shocks need to be replaced.
Rear are H&R race springs with one spring pad removed . Stock shocks that need to be replaced but I have a set of used Totiko blue that only have 10K on them ready to be put on . Had muffler installed few months back 2 1/2 inlet and dual 2" out with some tips ( nothing fancy ) Sounds pretty good and no drone sound. Short ram intake with metal bracket holding the AFM.

Rims : Im not sure if I want these to go with the car but I let you know what they are 1st.
German rims called Borbet type C's 16x7.5 30 offset . Tires would need to be replace ( lots of canyon runs plus camber ate the rears up really bad ) Tires are ziex 502's 205/50/16 .

Lights : US ellip's ( came stock with sealed beams ) These lights arnt cheap ( worth around 150 ) Has pretty new HID's 55w with 5k bulbs.

Cons : NON clean title ( looked up car fax and didnt say anything about werch or etc. ) Needs a major fender roll in the front. tires pull the fender out . Can be fixed! Someone down the years cut a hole between the front window and hood maybe to get to the blower motor or idk. Blower motor for the AC fan dosnt work but easy to replace. When I bought the car it passed smog back in Oct. Im sure it will do the same again.

I might be forgeting some things but It will come to mind when talking about it.
Ive put alot of time and money into this car. Its fun to drive !
Im in no rush to sell or trade. Would just like to know whats out there!

Just like any honda or nissan you can sawp bigger and better BMW engines in here and have a sleeper

Even better since this is the ETA (m20b27) you can swap the head from a m20b25 and have a stroker!! I have a extra wiring harness just for that!

How it is with the rims maybe 3k or best offer. Its a fun car! This is comeing from an ex 240sx owner they are allmost the same.
