WTB ka24de TURBO o2 housing/wastegat dump for internal wastegate

Yo guys , im in need of a internal wastegate dump tube / o2 housing for my 1992 coupe with to4b turbo.
Any sites for this part? Cant seem to find any.

Does it fit / work the same way? I have a topmount manifold fyi i dont know if that makes a difference
