Brand new NGK Iridiums and wires
4 row Custom Radiator
Flexalite Fan

*Cons,
Speedo needs calibrating (have box but haven't bothered figuring out the numbers yet)
Tach is off a touch
Small crack on front bumper, just noticed this recently
Little rub on passenger fender (I had the fender and bumper quoted for under $500 to fix) Can fix for new buyer if wanted.
It's crazzzzy fast lol, (not really a con unless the police like ya :P)

Here's a few pics and a couple simple vids. The car shows amazing and can tuck rim any day of the week. I have it set a little higher simply because the roads around here suck and I plan on drifting the car lol.

Here's a couple youtube vids of the car, the first is just rolling on the freeway the rims look amazing spinning and the second is of moving the car before the magnaflows but all the new mufflers had done was quite it down a lot but has the same tone still

What Radiator does it have? Does it have any other suspension than the coilovers? Does it have Power steering? Sorry I am not familiar with the LS1 so I didn't know where to look for it. Can you maybe PM me with all the mods?

KansaiDrifter
06-01-2010, 05:15 PM
Oh yeah I did forget the radiator, It's a PRC custom setup, it's a 4 row and it has no issues even sitting in traffic. It does have power steering, the reservoir is on the engine itself, it's the pulley on the top driver's side, it's also a upgraded pump called a Turn1, it's used so that it doesn't feel disconnected (using factory units makes it feel weird because it puts out too much pressure). It also has Tein Tension rods. I didn't bother with upgrading the rest as it's more of a daily car and the factory units came within spec.

^Haha yeah I'm a bit surprised too, lots of flakers though. I figured with different price options maybe it would help to fit someone's budget.

I'd consider parting with the engine setup if the price is right, but I'd say buying the whole car is more worth it lol.

intersted in trading for a finished rb25 swap car? very reliable car i live in chattanooga tn and we drove it to cape canaveral for a cruise and now in daytona for the wekend. drove the car the whole way only stoping for gas and playin with cars goin through atl.... enough about that and onto the mods,
aftermarket
clutch, flywheel, and bearings
intercooler, bov, piping,
3 core radiator
blue hoses for coolant
stainless down pipe
apexi dual in one exhuast
cats
muffler
solid mounts that ride great no noises
solid trans mount all new brackets from megan racing
hks evac digital 3 preset boost controller
greddy timer
kenwood cd player fully sound adjustable
mtx audio marine speakers, went marine one bc they have better voice coil and two theyll never flake up and bust
glow shift gauges tinted with pillar they change 7 diff colors
battery located in back with proper box and tie downs

everything, everything is brand new didn't buy anything used
motorset and tranny came from a r33 series 2 skyline from canada
with somewhere in the milage of 38-42k, on both motor and tranny runs like a top

on top of that trade you can keep your wheels and tires i have a set of saleen wheels that i want to keep that r on it now bc i also have two mustangs that i enterchange with 240sx also you can keep your coils, brakes, rotors, seats we can swap, and you can keep your car audio and anything else you cna think of. i just want the ls1 swap car bc i recently was introduced to the nissan world and thought the rb25 was the def way to go but after spending like 4500 on low mileage motor and another 1100 on the same tranny of motor and all the high end parts i bought i could have done the ls1 swap that i didn't know about till now... lol it blows knowing that i could have had the swap you did bc im into american muscle like i said i own a mustang race car a dd gt so i like american. but let me know either way.

Hey sent pics of my rb car to ur email did you get a chance to look at it yet?

KansaiDrifter
06-05-2010, 07:14 PM
Is it corvette fast???

Oh man, it's definitely as fast, if not a little more. 6th gear is .5:1 and 500rpm=20mph lol. 80mph in 6th is about 1500rpm, and it gets around 28-30mpg highway that way too, but if you hit 6700 redline in 6th, I'm pretty sure you'd be pushing the 200mph barrier, calculations say that it would but I'm not sure what aero coefficients would do with it. I'd love to take the car to the Salt flats and find out, but I don't want to cage it since it's a great shape interior wise. It is stable at high speeds though, it squats and runs smooth and stable.

JaysVQ240, Yeah I'm looking to resurrect my 5/8th's pro-am FD car lol. Can't get the drifting blood out of my system and I'd rather sell the car then beat it up drifting it hard.

96rbs14, I got your emails, I'll send ya back a email shortly, pics came through nice.

id be all up on this if it wasn't such a biznatch to register a out of state car to california.

KansaiDrifter
06-10-2010, 02:29 PM
Just needs the custom lines, I've got everything else and everything is still under the dash, etc. Up here in WA we only get about 4 days where AC would be nice lol. Usually we prefer the 2-40 method. 2 windows down, 40mph lol.

FusionR240sx, $13,000 (pretty firm)

Yeah CA registering is fun haha.

If someone is interested and needed the car transported, I can put the factory shocks on and work with the transport guys no problem. Obviously buyer pays transport, it's not too bad though.

It's not that bad. Just did my LS1 FD from Mississippi... "get" a smog and head to Auto club, pay the sales tax on the "sale price" and your reg fee, done and done.

AC lines are cheap, couple hundred bucks tops, if it has the condenser, dryer, and AC box under the dash. That's awesome. GLWS!

I want the swap

Motors are plentiful, and there's an option for every budget (5.3L truck motor, LS1 from Fbody, LS2 from GTO, etc). There's a few kits out there that make it a breeze (Sikky, Daft, etc) and I can help with the wiring if you're serious. Great swap for any decent RWD chassis.

06-11-2010, 03:58 PM
Thanks for the info on smog GSXRJJordan, I know that's always an issue with a swapped car and I'm not familiar with it haha. We actually don't have emissions up here :)

would you happen to have an estimate for car transportation to bay area in CA?

KansaiDrifter
06-16-2010, 11:21 PM
Ah actually just did a quick quote from this site and it says $540. Can't see it going anymore then $1k. I'd be more then happy to install the factory shocks and put the Kei Office's in a box in the car for transport. Yeah if you're interested shoot me an offer :)

here's the site I looked up,
http://www.ableautotransport.com/

it gave me a quote number, Q10084418

KansaiDrifter
06-18-2010, 02:13 PM

Should be less than a 1K to ship enclosed, I just shipped my S14.5 last week from Montana to New York and when they showed up the shipping was very easy, safe and I got to peak in the truck and see a whole bunch of crazy nice cars. The car made it safe and in the same condition it left in. It ended up being $1470 for an enclosed truck, super nice. Try Fast track Auto, they have trucks based in Washington, my driver was from Spokane.

Bump for a sweet car and nice seller.

I'm a little confused RhdRicheeee, price for what shipped? The car? I might consider selling the engine setup if the price was right, if that's what you were wondering but it'd be costly, but complete drop in and go if I was to sell it.

Here's some pics of the new interior, I still have the black, but I'd like to sell it with the ivory. It's out of a 98 kouki, has the typical seat wear but it's nice. I love the ivory and red, really gives it a cali kinda hot rod style feel. I'll say the black is negotiable though along with the Bride seat too.
