model DT-05R 16x7.5 & 16x8.5

Anyone knows who's the manufacture? I think they look really nice with that "sunken face" (quote from dousan)...kinda like a GTR offset TE37 minus one spoke.

that is the ONLY company i've ever seen sell them
cast for sure (for that price)

cheap wheel, dont expect it to last long time under heavy abuse, but daily driver, should be a-ok. just like any knockoff. might have a few crap ones in the mix if you buy them. so beware

sizes and offset are..mmm ok. nothing spectacular.

shipping from japan = $$$ big buckarooooos.

manufacturer is unknown. i've never seen more info on it besides that site.

M2 Hanbai seems to be the manufacturer, or at least the brand name. Look through their site... they also sell some generic seats, mufflers, wings.

It's all knockoff quality stuff, like dousan said... If I could get these wheels stateside for their JDM prices ($100-$110!) I'd rock them.

I really dig them cause they're made in RWD width/offsets, spokes design looks like it'll clear Z brakes as well...I live in NYC where roads are not "wheels-friendly" so I don't wanna spend a premium on some nice low-offset 17s and only have them destroyed in no time. 16" is just right for me.

I know shipping is killer, just wondering if there's enough ppl interested in these cheap JDM wheel, perhaps we can convince [email protected] to brings back a few sets at his next trip? maybe?

Hey. I found those wheels about half a year ago and I was trying to find someone who could ship them cheaply. They are about $430 US and they come in good sizes. I e-mailed the company and they weigh about 14 lbs (13.x). They would ship them directly to the US, but it will be expensive. Everyone I have contacted has given me a price of about $1200 total to buy them and ship them to the US. The are very nice for the price, but I don't think they are worth 1200.

Let me know if you come up with anything. Maybe you can ask the company if the are willing to do a group buy or something like that.
