automatic to 5spd

i bought a automatic 89 fb 240sx and i was wondering around how much it would cost to do a change over to a 5 spd.any help would be great thanks
ps anyone near salinas or monterey know of any good shops for this swap

hardlines
flex line
shifter
slave cyl

flywheel
floor seal (bolts around shifter)
price those out and find out what shops around charge for labor
