95' stock alarm died?!?!

Okay my alarm just kinda stoped working the remote is still in good condition i changed the batterys, everything should be working. I checked the alarm (its under the stearing wheel right??) and everything looks good. Of corst i have no ideal what to look for, so has this happond to anyone else?? It might be something simple but i cant seem to fix it. Not happy manualy opening doors ;)

Hey man did you ever get your remote working....

Mine JUST died... No idea why... Changed the battery and nothing...

The alarm still works but I have never stuck a key in my door... And after 2 years i've done it 3 times just TONIGHT!!! AHHHHH...

So Anyways wondering what your fix was??? (Or should I just spend like 200$ (that was for my springs) and get a new alarm/keyless installed?)

Same thing happened to me. Keyless entry just stopped working all of a sudden, the remote was fine. A nissan dealer quoted me about $100 to have the alarm system check, codes reset, and for a new remote. I just went and got a new viper alarm for about $150, that pretty much solves the keyless entry problem and you get a cool new sounding alarm too.:p
