WTB: S14 stock "downpipe" (the piece between "header" and cat)

I've attached a pic from the FSM. I need the piece with the arrows pointing to it. Basically this is the OEM equivalent of a downpipe as it connects the OEM manifold to the Cat.

Rust is fine, and I don't need the heat shields or anything, just the pipe.

If anyone has this let me know what you want for it shipped to 93722

on s14's the cat is in the downpipe and the piece that looks like a cat is really just hollow?

Yes sir. you are correct. it is a seperate flange and piece but should come as one. the s14 has two cats. i know this cause i got a friend to pass me on a smog visual and it passed in the machine (had a test pipe in the mid area cat).
