View Full Version : OR FS: Redtop SR ECU with techtom daughterboard

Picked this up recently but don't really need it.

It's a Redtop ECU with a techtom daughterboard that is confirmed working in my friend's stock SR, so tuned for stock maf/injectors.

He says it felt better than the stock ecu, but I can't confirm either way without looking on a dyno.

Also has the consult plug hanging out.

So this is like a piggy back?
I want to run bigger injectors and a z32 maf but can't get it tuned cuz I needed a standalone or piggyback... Will this thing allow me to get the tune I want?

Yes I still have it. There's no number on the case, but since it's redtop, it's 62 (or 63, I suppose).

If you have a chip burner you can presumably burn the chips you want and install them, but right now it's set up for stock injectors/maf. I haven't looked much into who tunes these techtom boards or what all is needed. I used to rom-tune KA ecus and my knowledge ends there.
