I've been searching all around for more info on ITB's but I cant find much on how much it might cost or the amount of work that goes into it. Ive seen the mod on wikibooks.

How much might an ITB setup cost in total and is it really necessary to get that fuel managment chip?. just curious.
sorry for being a noob.

search n/a ka24de & such, people retrofit motorcycle tb's....
& i think one of "thooose" companies like obx or something actually makes itbs...
itbs for n/a's are not very common. itbs in general require a lot of tuning. tuning
requires $ & time to answer that question...

^Yeah I remember that motor set-up from a long time ago, I always thought that was pretty cool. What ever ever happened to him/that car?

If you guys are talking about the same one I'm thinking about, last thing I heard is he was selling his old ITB set up. He used the ITB's off a GSXR600 and ran MS I believe. Running ITB's are nice but a pain to tune. I had a triple Mikuni 45mm sidedrafts on my L28 and that was a B!tch to sync let alone FI.

check xcessive the guy rich makes a custom intake that he uses motorcycle itbs like from a busa or 750 gsxr or he can custom fit any itb u find and u can use it with a plenum so u can use factory ecu wit your stock maf to so u dont have to go standalone

so, if you use the stock ecu with itbs and the plenum whats the benefit? i can't really see what the benefit is aside from perhaps response.
