I am going a different route with my 240, and it kills me to let this go after all the work i put into it, but it has to be done.

up for sale is my rb25 motor, with a bunch of parts and lots of hard work. heres some pics and parts list:

- Series 1 Rb25det wired up for s13
- Transmission shifts into all gears smoothly, 2 flushes have been done since ive had it.
- Ogura Racing Clutch Single (brand new JDM!!!!!)
- Chrome Freddy Intake manifold w/new fittings and proper taps
- rb20 wastegate actuator (for 10psi)
- Great condition turbo with no shaft play/smoke
- q45 throttle body and custom throttle cable bracket
- JDMsport big intercooler
- HKS SSQV BOV
- McKinney Ceramic Downpipe for s13
- Custom Steel intercooler piping w/ Bov flange and IACV (leak tested)
- Custom intake piping for proper air filter placement
- Extreme PSI couplers
- custom solid mounts/tranny mount fabbed from JGY mount kit
- JGY Steel driveshaft
- T-bolt clamps
- Custom zebra print valve covers
- Special order NGK spark plugs properly gapped

The motor runs like a champ. heres a vid to prove it:

Now onto the swap itself:

All of the custom work was done by me. The JGY mount kit SUCKED, and fit terribly, so the mounts were redone, raising the drivers side of the motor a tad, and making the front mounts solid. a new tranny mount was made to get proper fitment of the motor. there is still only a few millimeters of clearance between the dump pipe and steering shaft which is typical for rb25 swaps, but the motor does not torque so you will not hit the steering shaft, unlike urethane mounts.

clutch was ordered from japan brand new, was properly broken in, and only saw 4 events before i got shipped off to iraq.

the intercooler piping was another custom job, and the overall length of the piping is incredibly short. throttle response is awesome, and the power is always on. BOV works awesome, and no compressor surge.

driveshaft fits perfectly, even after redoing the mounts.

everything has been boost leak tested, and it all checks out.

Know problem: only one. the o ring on the injector on cylinder 6 is starting to go out, and leaks a bit of fuel. i saw this at the last event i was at towards the end of the day, and it isnt much. it still ran fine. you will need to replace that o-ring, which will cost you all of $1. THATS IT. i never had any other problems with this motor and i doubt you will either. compression test turned out great when i did it when i first got the motor as well.

any other questions just ask.

PRICE: $3900 obo. you come get it. area code 62254

So this is a complete running swap?

Includes everything need to drop in, start up and drive?

Any chance of trading for a sr swap with a few goodies plus some cash.

maybe I missed it but whats the mileage on the motor?

Sir
That is a very creative paint job. I looked at it several times and it has grown on me, I saved the pic. Good luck with the sale, the price for a known to be good setup like that and all of the goodies is very fair. If I had bucks to blow, I would be getting an early Christmas gift for myself...;)

thanks. it took me 4 days to finish the valve covers... and close to 2 months for all the custom work and labor and to get this motor running and wired up. its a shame i have to let it go.

if "itll take all of $1 to fix" and youve done all the work on this nice setup then WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY would you not fix that sillly o-ring (especially when its that minor... im really not trying to bash but damn that shows some negligence on your part!

once again im sorry if this looks like im flaming but i really am not trying to, i was interested in this complete sswap... ive been debating swaps for my sr20 and my ka-t cars... the rb25 was my natural big brother swap

either way GL with sale mang

because IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII am in iraq. i went to my last event, and left for the desert a few days later. had more important things to worry about than an o-ring
