My friend got some modeling foam from some random place and molded it the way he liked and wrapped it in fiberglass wrap sheet shit he got from autozone.. looked awesome =)

Seems like a sweet idear. I have heard that fiberglass doesn't really stick to tinfoil, it can be wrapped around whatever you want to use as a mold, then discarded. So, that would be an option no matter what you are using. Sounds like an awful lot of work, i guess if you are curious and have time to kill it wouldn't be so bad. Getting fiberglass to look good takes plenty of time though.
Oh, and one other thing, you should probably use 3m double sided tape. I hear it's great for roof spoilers :keke:
anyone have a how to on how they did this?

Yea that was me, Honestly I did it one day when i was bored.
I'm not trying to fool anyone and nor am i trying to pull style points
I was bored and was messing around. Yes it looks ugly, but whatever
I have a real one now, well its a megan but its real enough for me.
Anyways, what i used is the baseboard molding stuff used in the "diy home depot lip"
Got a sturdy metal strip, its about a quarter inch thick. 8 feet long and like an half an inch wide. I used that to make the arch or form of the roof spoiler. Super glued it to the edge of the baseboard so it will hold its shape. And bent the arch to fit. Honestly, the middle sags because of the weight, used 3m industrial strength double sided tape.
I have fun making things like this, like i said i'm not trying to fool anyone. I know its fake, but if you like it give it a try. It was about $10 bucks, so i said eff it. But i do recommend finding a real one. Or even a cheap ass one like this, would look better than it and its cheap.
