1991 infiniti q45 running car (vh45 v8 motor swap?) 800 bucks obo LOWBALL trade

got a 1991 infiniti q45 that i picked up from a buddies dad, all i know is what i was told, i picked it up about week or two ago and they told me the knock sensors were no good, and i had to tow it because the intake manifold was taken off to get to the sensors, i went a got new sensors and put them in today, and fired it up for the first time ive heard it.. It sounds like it has a big vacuum and exhaust leak, i want to get rid of it because i originally bought it to fix and sell for more, but i dont want to deal with it. also if someone picked my car (http://zilvia.net/f/#), they could do the big brake conversion on their car and i think they could us the rear hubs for 5 lug, and go with a vlsd...and have a set of rims, and sell the shell....pretty good deal i would think
