Any one know where to find a vertical Hydro E-Brake

Im looking for the one with the chrome handle and the blue or the black round Knob on top and i looked at ksport, ebay bullshit and all that but i wanted this specific one, any one have one? or no how i can get one, plus mastercylinders and lines? I might post this in WTB too because it can go either way thanks
