RB25DET HKS turbo manifold question?

I recently purchased an HKS cast iron low mount turbo manifold to be installed on an RB25. The problem I have is that it has a divided T4 flange, and my new turbo has a divided T3 flange. Does anyone know if it is possible to drill, tap,and stud the T4 flange to a T3 flange? I would appreciate any information. Thank you

no way . you have to either cut off the flange on your manifold and weld in a matching t4 flange. or change the exhaust housing on your turbo to a t4 flange
