s13 e-bake problem

i have a s13 when i put my e brake an go on with my day then return ready to drive my car.i remove my e brake an my e brake light is still on.do i need to adjust it or is my e brake system messing up?oh an i dont get a full lock when i have my e brake engaged............

small q's thread or is it cool here?

low brake fluid or small switch may be broken/loose I believe.
