I recently installed an sr in my hatch, motor had compression in the 150's across all 4 cylinders. My issue is when im giving it about 10% throttle the car doesnt want to go, but when i give it more gas the vac comes up to about -5 and the car goes. Seems like a tranny/clutch issue but i cant tell. Full throttle the clutch doesnt slip, the car seems very slow too. Idle vac is -19 and boost is stock 7 psi. The car free refs in neutral with no problem from 1% throttle to 100% throttle. If you guys need anymore info please let me know.
MODS:
stock sr motor-t25
ngk spark plugs
side mount ic-recir stock bov
freddy manifold stock injectors
clutch that came with the motor (looked fine)
kaaz 2 way
apexi intake

id start by double checking for vac leaks,, although your idle vac seems fine.. check for exhaust leaks or broken gaskets before the turbo, the manifold to head and manifold to turbo.

When i did the swap i installed a new intake/exhaust manifold gasket and broke one of the studs on the turbo manifold. There is no exhaust leak there or anywhere, and boosts 7psi perfect. Although there might be a hole in the recir hose from the bov to the intake would that cause this?

Check your timing, and your TPS sensor. ABad timing can make the car feels slow and bog. Also hesitations at only part throttle seems like a TPS issue. Check the TPS voltage at closed and open throttle.
Closed should be at .35-.45 and open should be 4.5 to over 5 volts. Also a key point when checking the TPS is to look at the dynamic change. It should change very fluidly from open throttle to closed. Not jump to much voltage with only slight throttle changes. For timing is usally best to just check mecanical timing. Pull the valve cover and put the engine at TDC 2nd mark fro the left on the crank. Make sure all the dots line up with the CAS and the cams. GL

It could be your ex valves, or guides. when i got mine mine where bent and it was causing the same problem, leaking boost so if nothing else chck that lol GL

That would really suck lol wouldnt that cause lower compression numbers? And inconsistant boost?
