Ok Here is the problem. New exedy Oem replacement clutch, new Tob, pilot bearing

the problem is when i try to adjust the pedal as per fsm specs (7.5 inch from floor to pedal pad)

I will need to extend the rod MAX out

Engagement is All the way to the top

When i adjust the rod to lower the engagement, it has major freeplay(unless i adjust freeplay stopper)
Which then makes the pedal ~4 inches from the floor

The thing is i ordered a new Nabco clutch master, and the rod was LONGer than the factory one i pulled out. So i tossed the rod and used my oe rod. Im thinking i need the longer rod now??

if anyone has their Master cylinder off can you measure the rod for me!
thxn

Car drives/shifts fine. Its just when the pedal high is at spec 7.5 inches
the rod is maxed out. The engagement is WAY WAY high

Sorry, I refuse to tell anybody the length of my rod. Only certain people know those details.
