Any 97-98 (Kouki or S14a) 240sx should have them. hehe. .
But. . well, there's three different types, if you wanna get specific. . the USDM headlights (240sx) have smaller projectors set further in. . .these are nice, 'cause already made for left hand drive (LHD). . then you have the Silvia and 200sx headlights. . . Silvia, of course, is RHD only. . . but if you want the same look, but you want them correct (i.e. LHD). . . then you can get 200sx headlights from europe.
In any case, a dealership in any given country should have 'em.
or u can try a junkyard somewheres hehe (or ebay)

Oh. . one other thing, and u may know this. . but. . just for FYI :)
If you're looking to convert your 95-96 (Zenki or S14), you're gonna need the headlights, grill, hood, fenders, bumper, bumper support (I guess). . . and. . maybe radiator support? And you'll need corner lamps... The front turn signals and side lamps are the same.

 welcome aboard!
You have made the right choice. .
I had an S13, then moved on to the S14. . the problem with my pattern is that I'll have to move when it's time to get my S15 haha. .
Did I answer the questions? The dealership is the most expensive place to get lights. . of course. . but they're sometimes hard to find in the junkyard. . . ebay has them often, but all the Honda guys try and buy them for their Civics haha. There are online "e-salvage yards" as I call them, that have stuff like that. . . actually. . autogator.com is the first one that pops into mind. . it's based in Florida, hence the gator theme, and they specialize only in Nissan and Infiniti.

There is a "step-by-step" guide to the conversion created by one of the board members. Have fun :D

If that's the case...he should get them for close to $180 a piece. I got mine via wholesale and that's how much it cost.
You can also check out my site for a more detailed write-up. I will eventually up date it once I get an aftermarket (or JDM) bumper.
