GI: Mint White '89 240sx RHD 180sx Type-X conversion

Hello World,
So tonight is the night I finally built up the courage to write this up...

After much contemplation I've decided I'd post this up to gauge interest on my car.
It's the cleanest 180sx Type-X conversion you'll see. All original Type-X JDM parts used.

The goods:
105,000km on body (Winter stored, never seen snow, Zero Rust)
60,000+km on engine
Blacktop SR20DET
Full 3" custom exhaust w/ Magnaflow Hi-flow cat w/ 3" Blitz NUR Muffler
HKS FMIC w/ custom piping
Small JDM battery
Rare JDM BOV
T28 w/ Bings exhaust manifold (only 5k driven since new setup)
TiAL external wastegate
Power FC (tuned, made 298whp at 1.2bar, I have dyno sheet to prove)
Z32 MAF
550cc injectors
GTR fuel pump
ARC baffled oil pan
Spec twin clutch (New, driven under 8k)
2-way Cusco LSD
180sx type-x brakes all around
GAB Coilovers (height and dampening adjustable)
White RegaMaster 16x8 wheels (4-Lug) (rare, light-weight)
+I'll even throw in a pair of Gold Gram Light 57s' (4-Lug) with worn BFG's KDW's
Front Cusco strut bar
Rear X-Brace strut bar (mad JDM baller)
Rear Lower strut brace
Full 180sx interior, seats, mats, dash
Panasonic head unit with aux phone plug for mp3 players
Eclipse 12" sub in box w/ Phoenix Gold amp (600w+ approx)
Full 180sx Type-X body kit w/ Type-X wing
Type-X front blinkers

6000k H4 HID conversion (new)

I've put a lot of hard work, sweat, and tears, and oh yeah, money, into this project so I'd like to see her go to someone who's gonna love her as much as I do. The only reason why I'm thinking of selling her is because I've got my track 240 to enjoy and I wouldn't mind the extra cash.

Price:
I'd never get what I really think It's worth so I'm thinking $12,500 CAD is reasonable.

I dont know if you know this, but your missing the type x rear pods, and lip.. other then that pretty clean car, i dont know about the cleanest type x conversion... GLWS
