Anyone know a source for the a/c compressor for a 1998...mine is different it seems.

Got in three different compressors all do not match mine. Ended up just changing the clutch and that was all it needed (for now).

Looking to line up a compressor source so if mine fails I can replace it rather than die in the heat for 3 weeks. :)

The dealer said the 98 showed a different compressor than the earlier model as well but they wanted $800.

i have a a/c compressor from my 98 s14 i can sell you, it has only 90k on it and it blew cold perfectly fine when i pulled it off. let me knwo if your interested.
