Obviously the target Hollywood demographic is for the 5-12 age these days, lol.
Seems like cartoons, kiddie fantasy, & superheros are the stable these days.

Kinda interesting the Zack Synder will be directing Sucker Punch.
While I do enjoy his work, I hope it's not a remake of that horrid recent British film.

I'm not discouraged though.
It doesn't seem to encompass indie films, and that's usually what I end up seeing anyways.

I don't remember Pee-Wee Herman beating off in a public theater in any Smurfs cartoon I ever saw either. :confused:

While I suppose I could picture him as a "live action" Gargamel, it still doesn't make it worth producing, let alone watching.
