thats from an annual japanese show called "People Art Grand Prix". its all lots of things like that, where a bunch (or a few) people do crazy things. very entertaining. they aired it here (local japanese chanel, basic cable (bonus for living in hawaii!!)) from like 98-2001, i dunno if theyre going to show it this year, or if its even still going on in japan. very cool.
