Program for opening FSM's HELP PLEASE

Hello, well im trying to download some FSM's on my computer and well I dont have the proper software to open the file's. So my question is were can I download or buy the software to open the file's or is there somewhere to buy hard copys of the FSM's ??? Thank you

I just downloaded that and its saying..... It is either not a supported file type or because the file is damaged. idk I hate my life right now

what type of file is it?

reason why im asking is because yes it could be a pdf file, but on the otherhand you probably downloaded a compressed file meaning you have to extract it first if the file end in zip,rar etc

so once you extract it the adobe program would recognize it
