Congrats Dude.

I was a boy scout for many years, and stopped after I found that I was acting as a babysitter for a bunch of ritalin addicts.

Everyone I know who has made eagle has had their dad as the scoutmaster of assistant scoutmaster.... makes me wonder.

But none the less, I hope you aren't one of those whiney, snivling, little momma's boys who's daddy does everything for you, who isn't physically strong, mentall even competent, and hasn't a bit of moral character.

I am almost Eagle. I am currently working on my project - building a 6by8 playhouse for a fundraising event for the CASA foundation here in plano, tx.

Next on the list will be a couple merit badges -> communications & personal fitness & camping(anyone wanna help? :D ). Then I will be done.

Jimmy seems a little bitter. Awwh poor little jimmy. go cry like a girl somewhere else, we don't need your whining crap here. Boy scouts is a incredible institution responsible for the empowerment of thousands. Just cause you couldn't hack it, everyone's got to go down with you. A little selfish, don't you think?:mrmeph:

"couldn't hack it" LOL! I was life by what, 14?

Nut up unless you know what your talking about. Half the people are becoming an Eagle scout cause they want it for a college application. Most of the kids there have ADD.

BSA (Boy Scouts of America) = Baby Sitters of America.

What started as a great institution for boys to become men has turned into some PC BS way of taking kids off mom and dads hands for a few hours and a weekend a month. Yeah, it was good and I enjoyed it immensly when I was a kid, but when your 16 and have to make sure little Johnny makes it to the latrine and back, well it kinda sucks.

But I am a bit bitter, not for myself but because they stopped my little brother from advancing cause he was making the other kids feel bad... again, it's all BS if you look at it.

I'm so glad you cleared that up for me. Youre still a F*ck in my eyes. And yes I will defend the "Gay *** Boy Scouts" till the bitter end. I am forever in debt.

P.S. What the h*ll is special about Life by 14? :wtc: :wtc: :wtc:

Cause that was the minimum age to be life, or something like it.

Why defend the babysitters so much? Maybe we just had some different experiences.. Only way I could say it.

Yeah I'm with you man. After reading my previous posts I have come to the conclusion I am a prick. Sorry. I was in two seperate troops, and yes one was just a bunch of babysitters. But the other was damn near a para military institution and whipped my mind and body into shape. I feel as though It helped me out a lot, and provided me with some very useful skills.

Yeah, most of those freaks do have ADD.:D

Sorry, man. I've been ****ed off lately.
