Final Notes:

If you do not like the price please stay out and do not share. This is a very clean car with an array of awesome mods. I am looking for a buyer to take it all. Prices are posted for future reference or parting out.

NO TEST DRIVES WITHOUT CASH FIRST!

NOTE:

***Willing to trade especially for a 2005+ Toyota Prius. Other considerations are spacious vehicles with rear seats that fold down like a Honda Fit's "Magic Seat" but bigger or whatever you feel is worth trading however must smog legally. Let me know and if its worth it, we will talk. Obviously cash or parts on either side depending on each specific negotiation. No junk please. No smartass comments. The price is set until my reevaluation. Do not waste my time!

I am selling because I want money for another vehicle or a hybrid.

Buyer will deal with smog.

Serious buyers only should call to deal directly. Recent carfax AND autocheck vehicle history reports ready for serious buyers who come to check out the car.

Thanks for your interest and please bump if you view.

so wait i'm confused, it comes with stock steel wheels with the price? also what ecu does the car have?

i understand the decription, but there are certain things that you left out, how can a potential buyer veryify that the motor actually only has 30k miles on it? is there any paperwork....

how they hell does that car stay soo damn clean for 200k miles, thats amazing, i've had my rental car for a week and i already spilled food all over it...

but seriously what ecu is in it? and are there wheels included with the sale?

It has an SR ECU. The stock one is my understanding. The AEM EMS I bought separately. Also if u notice the engine would actually have 61 miles plus 30k since I only drove it 61 miles since I bought the car almost 7 months ago. The mileage information was given to me by the previous owner. He was very honest and straightforward, I mean look how he took care of the car. The only thing I've done is put gas in, drive it very little, and added Nismo Mounts rather than the solid engine mounts.

The price describes everything listed ^^^ABOVE ^^^ it as totaling $7900. Since the wheels and tires are below they are not included hence the "For sale as well" indication.

Thanks for the interest.

Would look much better with stock teardrops or something though!

Please keep your opinions on price to yourself. Tears drops are 4 lug and this 240 is R32 5 lug. And it would look horrible.

Thanks 4 the clarification. I will check to make sure.

EDIT: It would be a "MS13" If it had a ka24de and it would be a "PS13" if it had a silivia front end. So technically its neither. I'll go with "S13." Kool?

U need to be more cautious about what u say on my thread. Even if the economy is bad it does not mean u can expect to offer pennies for treasures. If u do not have money or u r not interested get out because u r not helping. Its a good thing I do not need to got to school anymore to learn about the economy because professor here. You should write a book, "Being a dummy for dummies, written by one." FYI STAY OUT!

clean looking car, i just think that your title is setting you up for all the criticism because its a bold statement that just seems to be a stretch for this car. Its clean, but im sure its not close to what your title leads people to believe lol. An actual question though, what upgraded axles does this car have? I do have cash in hand btw.

I know it has an sr ecu, thats only logical if it has an SR motor in it, but whats the ecu code, is it 62, e5 or ? on the passenger right side kick panel, remove the plastic, take out ecu, and look at the ecu then tell me which ecu it has? not to be a dick, but you should know these things if your selling the car at this price.

It is a true statement that excites and sensationalizes drawing attention to the truth: This is ONE of the cleanest 240SXs in existence. There are many clean 240s and this is just one of them.

Anyway, my mechanic informed me that are 5 bolt axles. However this is not you are looking for. Beyond this limited and probably useless information I do not know. The previous owner was cleaner than his car. He was a very honest older gentleman who truly loved cars. So I believe him. But you should not believe and check the car out for yourself as I am sure you will. I have not been disappointed with the car ever. I, in fact only drive the car 62 miles in the last 5 months or so.

"Please feel free to come and see the car with cash in hand first hand and attest personally to its cleanliness. I promise u will not be wasting your time.

I had my mechanic check before I bought the car to determine the blacktop validity but the ecu had no label. There are fins however near the valve cover. The previous owner informed me it was an auto ecu.

I think about 6-6,200 would be a little more reasonable. Although it is a clean coupe with a good list of mods, ur going off the good ol "the previous owner said it has this many miles", and that makes ppl weary. Especially when they could pickup a clean s14 for the same price. Not trying to smash ur thread or anything like that but it's just the way things roll. Obviously ur gonna ask a little more because lowballers are never in small demand lol, but my coupe is prolly just as clean or more n I couldn't get that much for it. All in all glws, hopefully someone pics this up. Hard to find clean coupes in socal it seems

Thanks for your opinion. The color does not hurt. It probably does not help since the wheels are not done yet. Someone with a little vision could see the beauty to be had.

Really why not? Craigslist does not have a problem with it. I need more people to see it. You have never wanted a car out of state or farther than your current location?:bs:
Chill out. No one is getting hurt. You all come to my thread and tell me what to do. I'll post where ever I want. If someone from Florida wants to buy my car and is cool I leven ower the price. "OVERPRICED" is all I hear here. Then do not buy my car and STFU!!! You can always make reasonable offers. You should not just assume. I did not indicate "FIRM" pricing.

I am pretty cool, but like anyone who gets fuking pissed on, I can be pretty unpleasant.

Cause if we are counting parts my car would go for like 22-24K--turns out i could get maybe 11K on a good day. Parts on a car count for very little in most cases. Your case is not an exception. No point in arguing GLWS

Kool. I'll consider offers for only car with its installed mods+plus new AEM EMS only with wideband for $6.5k (negotiable in person.)

Really why not? Craigslist does not have a problem with it. I need more people to see it. You have never wanted a car out of state or farther than your current location

if they want to travel to cali for a 240, they'd look in the cali craigslist, and yes it is actually against the ToA.

unless you are willing to personally drive the car to phx, which your ad never stated, you shouldn't post it there, sorry but our CL is flooded with crap that does not belong there.

Haha someone doesn't know their 240 S chasis info.
Now I know why you said this is the cleanest 240 around
worst color ever

Taking REASONABLE offers for just the car and installed mods then...

Thanks for the bump.

For the record I was going to meet someone from Florida halfway. So I would be willing to drive to meet someone to sell this car.

Did you read what I posted about chassis code? MS13= coupe with KA24DE, PS13 = Silvia with SR20det. So my coupe has a SR20DET a mix of both does that still mean its a MS13? Clarification needed.

Lol is this a joke? $7900? I think this is funny because it's nothing special and so what if you paid for all the parts, you will never get back for what you've paid for. With $7900 I can easily buy a clean Lexus GS300 or something much more modern. This is too funny.

Thank you for your insight. I may not get what I paid but I will try. I also put "make reasonable offer."

Well I live in Houston but you said you were driving to halfway to Florida so I guess this is worth a shot?

Any accidents? Does it drive straight... any leaks or mechanical problems? Rust? Carfax? Owner number? CHASSIS MILEAGE? Clean title? What's the story on this car? Looks like its had a lot of work done to it.

If there are no surprises I have cash in hand to buy the car only, but not for $7900, or even close.

Get back to me... I'm a serious buyer.

Serious buyers only should call to deal directly.
Recent Carfax AND autocheck vehicle history reports ready for serious buyers who come to check out the car.

All of the information you requested is already listed. I shortened my first post to make it easier. Check the bold items for details. Original owner purchase car new from Nissan in California (I have the original invoice). His nephew was the next owner, and then his brother. I believe the other owners in between were also family. I bought it from the last family owner Alex. He works in a car dealership and loves cars. He had two other cars an E46 M3 and something else. He used to do musical chairs by everyday to make the cars fit. No accidents, more than one owner but same family, no rust.

To clarify, I was going to meet the guy in florida to trade cars. I will not drive to Texas unless you have something to trade. Make your offer. Let me know.

Is this really a bad deal?
no its not a bad deal with all those parts, but i get the feeling that someone suckered you into buying this car, with the hopes and dreams that it would bring you riches, however, you need to drive the car on the track to grasp those riches, and by riches i mean that feeling it gives you when you're passing some yuppie in his 911 porsche on big willow, that feeling you get when you wave buh bye to the kid in his new 335bmw, as you take off into oblivion. those are the riches you'll never attain because you're selling it too soon.

good luck with sale. I say keep the car, and punish the pavement
