i have a few of these Japanese domestic market Driving Badges, in magnet, sticker and Suction cup form.

Handicap (the 4 leaf clover one)
Soshinoya AKA New Driver (green and yellow leaf shaped one)
Koleshiya AKA elder or experienced driver (the tear drop Orange shaped one)

I have these left:

4-leaf clover magnets (X4)
4-leaf clover suction cup (X3)
Elder magnet (X3)
Elder suction cup (X1)
Elder stickers (X7)
Leaf magnet (X1)

$6 each picked up.

I originally said no shipping, but since alot of people asked:

bought them in japan, if it wasn't superautobachs it was a store just like it the name of it eludes me at the moment but it was in yokohama located near a place that sold alot of Number (n)ine and julius clothing
