Do you notice that it runs better when the engine is cold and then gets shitty when the engine is hot or up to temp? If it does, ECU water temp sensor is probably bad.

i think you need to check the MAF and leaks on the intercooler. my SR does the same thing as yours after the FMIC was installed. i hope it helps. btw, do not try to replace anything without checking your stuff.

problem solved by fixing leaks? if not, i have an idea for you.
1.start the engine and warm it up till idles stably(remove all screws on the coil pack and make sure they are free to pull out before you start the engine cuz its better to work with a cold engine. above all, make sure all packs are pluged in properly.)
2.keep running the engine then pop up the hood
3.pull out the coil pack, all the way from the hole one by one, to see which one is different than others i.e. the engine not shake much badly. btw, its safe to pull that out unless you dont try to touch the bottom end. it will kill you lol.
if you get one is different, then the damn thing in the section need to be replaced. injector, spark plug, etc.
finally, if they are all the same, it means they have no problem. hope my experience helps you.

^^^Why pull the damn coilpacks when you can just unplug them to get the same effect???

that's how you end up burning your coils pulling them up the secondary side builds up much higher charge, you do it enough and it will burn them up eventually.

Check the ground for your coil packs

do you have your o2 sensor unpluged? if so that could be why. with your o2 unplugged it will run richer and have a slight bog but can be powered through.
