When I hit the brakes in my s13 it makes a clicking/popping sound,
Also when I turn the wheel and hit the brakes the front wheels shift.

My car seems to sway when I hit bumps, like shift from side to side, and I cant go passed 65 MPH, because my car will shake and vibrate, its extremely scary.

Any ideas? maybe missing bushing, bad struts or bent sway bar?

Sounds like you need an alignment, among other things

alignment, maybe ball joints issue. is it both side? have you recently changed any parts?

please have the front end checked before the wheel falls off. seriously, you probably have a bad ball joint or tension rod.

Tension rod bushings. They're huge, rubber, and fall apart on these old cars ~ I had the exact same issue on my S13 years and years ago.
