if you shop around you should spend no more than 500 bucks, but thats only if you do it your self.

tranny $200
oem clutch (new) $125
lines (sed) $30
pedal (used) $50
misc $30

Anywhere from $250-800, depending on where you source your parts. Check out www.240SXTech.com (http://www.240SXTech.com), there's 2 write-ups under "Transmission and Drivetrain" for auto to manual swaps.

Since I'm not one to flame for not searching, make sure you search next time before posting things like this that've been covered hundreds if not thousands of times. It's only a matter of time now...

Im at about $800 right now to convert my 90' sohc over to 5speed. I bought used tranny for $140. Misc parts for $350 like clutch pedal, master cylinder, trans crossmember, engine backing plate, speed sensor, clutch soft line, clutch hard line, clutch slave cylinder, manual driveshaft, lower shift boot, flywheel with bolts, clutch bolts, manual trans to engine bolts. And I got my flywheel resurfaced for $60. Brand new shift knob and shift boot for $112. And a new clutch for $100.
I havent done the swap yet though and itll be my first so Ill see how difficult it is.
