I am selling a Set of 4 JDM Sparco Wheels they are universal 5 lug, They are dark grey spokes with a Red lip. The lip is 3 inches all the way around. They are 16*8 +38 offset Pics will be up today or tommorow. These are great Street or track wheels they have some curb marks. $600 OBO Plus shipping Continetal USA

Will these wheels clear 300zx TT brakes?

No you would need a spacer i think a 45 mm offset will clear Z Brakes

A spacer would only lower the offset, not make it higher.
Fitment with 300zx brakes is entirely dependent on the spoke and wheel design, not the wheel offset.
If you're running coilovers you might need a ~10mm spacer depending on what brand you have.
