i think my buddy allen is like...fuck.i wanna say 4'11'' he drove a pretty sweet s14...till it got hit...now has a miata last i heard... he had stock seats and drove it fine...

borrow a buddies car and take it around... specifically a MT version...this way you see how much pedal travel you have ot deal with... gl

I know a girl who wasn't tall. She tracked her 240 with a bucket. Just set the seat up higher. As for stock, people in japan were able to drive it fine, don't see why you wouldn't be able to.

my girlfriend is 5'2" and drives 240 /w no problem. however, when she drives around her fc it seriously looks like there's nobody driving the car. i have no idea how she sees over the dash.

before i bought my 1st s13 i was kind of concerned if i was going to be too tall for it (i am 6'1) but i fit in the stock seat just fine actually, i was suprised.

ive seen really small people drive s13s you would just have to put the seat far up twoards the steering wheel.

s13s are actually good for any height i think because i know that taniguchi is 185cm (6'1) and he fits in an s13 just fine and nomuken is like 5'3 and he doesnt seem too short either

Man I thought Too Short was going to have a 240 in a video or something. This thread disappoints.

Good luck though.

i actually think thats like almost the perfect size, you scoop up to reach the pedals leaving space behind you incase you got passengers...its a pain in the ass when your 5'11

I have Sparco Sprint (non FG-type mounting/bottom mount) in my S13. It raised the seat a little bit but it doesn't slide as close as stock seats. I'm 5'2.5" and pushing the clutch pedal sucks in traffic. I'm literally fully stretching my legs to push the clutch all the way in. I definitely wouldn't recommend this combo for anyone shorter than me.

damn... if only i could say "am I too short to fit in a car" lol im 6'3" and gotta worry about my girth weighing down the car lol. and i have some rather small friends who fit just fin in their s13s adn s14's just depends on their seat setups as mentioned above.

i'm about 5'2 and the stock seats are fine!
i just slide my seats all the way to the front! it's actually really convenient, cause i don't have to take time to adjust my seats X)

well if you're worried about a bucket seat being too low, i suggest a bottom mount seat
but the seat itself has to do more with your waist size rather than your height.
although there are a few seats where you won't be able to see your blind seats because of their shapes.
one seat you can automatically cross off your list is the zeta III!
when i sat in one, i couldn't even see all of the passenger window! X)

It is't the bucket that makes the seat sit low, it is the position combo and the rails.

True,
it depends more on how you mount it more than anything else.
All factors equal, some seats do offer a higher seating position than others.

I got one of those cheaper Recaro SRD reclinables last year.
Bolted it directly on the stock S14 seat mounts in my S14.
Seat is actually positioned a good deal higher than OEM seats,
or so is my impression of it.
I prefer a higher seating position, so it works out good for me.

This might be a worthwhile solution if the OP feels he/prefers a higher seating position.
You can get used and/or knockoff SRDs for a modest $300 or so.
I recommend it.

5'11" too, no problems
feet/ankles get tired on long drives, specially stop and go but nothing mayor

and I don't hate anybody enough to make them sit in the back on any 240
last time I sat in the back of one was years ago on the way to Willow Springs
had to seat across both seats :faint:
