I live in Cerritos but go to college in IL so the plate is IL. BUT THE CAR IS FROM SOCAL NO RUST! I had the car shipped to IL late feb and had it for 3months now here in IL.
Ill be driving it back home in about a week.
Have the title under my name and it will pass smog with no issues.
It has 165k miles
